1. General
1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how Prince Fibre processes the personal data of its Users in a general sense.
1.2. The personal data processed by Prince Fibre include:

– And other personal data provided by the User in writing to Prince Fibre
2. Collection and use of personal data
2.1. Prince Fibre collects personal data from a User when the User has passed this personal data to Prince Fibre via the Website, for example by contacting Prince Fibre or because the User has registered for the newsletter.
2.2. Prince Fibre uses this personal data for the purpose for which the User has provided the personal data to Prince Fibre. This can be for the implementation of an agreement to which the person concerned is a party.
2.3. In addition, Prince Fibre may use the personal data to inform its Users about services of Prince Fibre that might be of interest to the relevant User. If the User objects, he or she can unsubscribe via the opt-out option in the newsletter or contact Prince Fibre.
3. Minors
3.1. In some cases, Prince Fibre explicitly requests permission to use certain personal data. If the User is younger than 16 years of age, the User needs the consent of his or her parent or guardian to provide the personal data to Prince Fibre. In that case, the parent or guardian can always adjust or delete the data provided to Prince Fibre.

4.1.1. The transfer is made to a processor engaged by Prince Fibre for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy; or
4.1.2. Prince Fibre is obliged by law to pass on personal data to competent authorities.

5.1 This website may contain referrals to third-party websites, for example in the form of a hyperlink, banner or button. Prince Fibre is not responsible for compliance with privacy legislation by these third parties.
6. Modification / deletion of personal data
6.1. The User has the right to inspect, correct, supplement, delete, relocate and protect his or her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and from 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation

6.3. Prince Fibre will endeavour to respond within 4 weeks to a request from a User for access, improvement, supplementation, removal, relocation and protection of personal data relating to the User. This may incur costs for the User. Before responding to a request as referred to in this article, Prince Fibre will inform the user about these costs.
6.4 Reasons for refusal to comply with the request referred to in paragraph 1 of this article will be given.

7. Retention period
7.1. Prince Fibre stores personal data no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which personal data are processed, unless Prince Fibre is required by law to retain personal data for longer.

8.1. Prince Fibre has taken legal, technical and organizational measures to protect Users personal data against loss or unlawful processing.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
9.1. Prince Fibre reserves the right to adjust this Privacy Policy. Every change will be announced on this page. Prince Fibre therefore advises the User to regularly check this page to see whether adjustments have been made. The current Privacy Policy was updated on 20 June 2019.
10. Applicable law
10.1 Dutch law applies to any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy.
11. Google Analytics
11.1 Prince Fibre uses Google Analytics. The User’s IP address is anonymous and no data is shared with Google. Prince Fibre has signed a processing agreement with Google. The anonymization of Google Analytics data means that Prince Fibre may place these Analytics cookies without permission. The User is informed of these cookies through a cookie banner which is displayed for acceptance.
