6.3. Prince Fibre will endeavor to respond within 4 weeks to a User’s request to inspect, correct, supplement, delete, move and block personal data relating to the User. There may be costs associated with this for User. Before complying with a request referred to in this article, Prince Fibre will inform the user of these costs.
6.4 A refusal to comply with the request mentioned in paragraph 1 of this article will be reasoned.

7. Retention period

11. Google Analytics
11.1 Prince Fibre uses Google Analytics. The User’s IP address is anonymized and no data is shared with Google. Prince Fibre has signed a processing agreement with Google. The anonymization of Google Analytics data means that Prince Fibre may place these Analytics cookies without consent. The User is informed of these cookies through a cookie banner that is displayed until acceptance.
