One of the unique capabilities Prince Fibre offers is adding a print to our fiberglass profiles. Adding a print offers functional and aesthetic value to fiberglass profiles and can add significant value for unique applications.

To discover with the customer what is needed in terms of shape, recipe of resin and fibers, and possible finishes, we go through the question with the customer. This process allows us to understand and implement our customers’ exact specifications and requirements, allowing us to provide customized solutions that maximize the added value of composites for their products.

At Prince Fibre, we manufacture all of our fiberglass profiles in-house, giving us complete control over the quality and specifications of our products. Our manufacturing process uses the pultrusion technique, an advanced method in which bundles of glass fibers are pulled through a resin bath and then through a heated die. This process completely fuses the fibers and resin together to form a strong and durable composite material. With multiple pultrusion lines in our facility, we are able to produce hundreds of miles of fiberglass profiles annually, allowing us to meet our customers’ demands quickly and efficiently.
