Traditional telescopic tripods and other applications are weakened by their design in the areas where they extend. This can cause the material to bend, which increases the risk of breakage.
Carbon tripods and telescopic applications do not have this problem.
THE ADVANTAGES
A telescopic application of carbon is so strong that it does not bend. Carbon is also extremely light, which makes the product easy to handle.
The telescopic profiles can be extended very far, which makes them usable in several ways. It also remains easy to store the product after it has been retracted. Lengths of up to 12 metres are possible.
FOR BRIDGING LARGE DISTANCES
One of our German customers requested us to help them resolve a span issue. The packages on the conveyor belts in their distribution centres became jammed, which caused the entire process to come to a standstill. Restarting was a time-consuming task, which is why the ‘Pack picker’ was developed in cooperation with our customer.
The lightweight carbon fibre makes this telescopic application easy to handle. Its strength also means that it does not bend, so it can easily reach its target.
Safety on the shop floor is also guaranteed due to the striking colours (printed fleece added to the profile) and it is clear that the pack picker belongs to our customer (anti-theft).
