Profiles for construction & infrastructure
In the field of construction and infrastructure, developments follow each other rapidly. In collaboration with one of our customers we developed a fiberglass sill. This is currently being applied in construction. Good insulation is becoming increasingly important with a view to saving energy and the (dutch) “Building Decree 2012”. This sill has the look of Belgian bluestone and excellent insulating properties. In addition, profiles have been developed as fencing alongside railway lines. Carbon strips are also used in reinforcing structures such as bridges and viaducts.
